My package says it’s delivered but it isn’t here. Now what?

Please check your order to make sure you entered the correct address. It could have been shipped to a previous address. Or, make sure that no one has taken your mail- like a family member, etc. and forgotten to tell you. Also your package could possibly say delivered but is actually at the local post office.

I put an incorrect address for delivery. Now what?

Please make sure before purchasing that your address is correct. If you accidentally put a wrong address please contact me immediately. I tend to ship very quickly and if I do not know it’s likely your order will be sent out to the address given. If the order does ship out to the wrong address, please contact your local post office to see how they can help, there maybe an option to redirect.

-If a package comes back to me due to an incorrect address, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for postage again.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes for their purchases. I’m not responsible for any delays from customs.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Please contact us with your order number and concern within 3 days of delivery and ship back the item(s) within 7 days of delivery if we have agreed to an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure proper packaging. If the item is not received in the original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Where is my order?

Generally all orders will be shipped with tracking. Please ask us to follow up any items that have not arrived
